Post 12: 3D Z100 CLOSE UP SLIDE TEST

I want to be able to do smooth camera moves, and found a good slide on sale on Amazon. I set up a whole bunch of my favorite objects in a row on my stage covered in black velvet, some protruding quite a bit towards the camera. The closest point was about 18",  the furthest 32". I used the +1 close up lens, and got good focus. I fiddled with the exposure settings till I got the image as dark as I could(as all autoexposure systems, it tends to overexpose).
After some practice with the slide, I managed some pretty smooth lateral moves. I corrected the exposure variations, boosted the color and sharpness a little in After Effects, and was pretty pleased with the result. I posted it in 3D on YouTube as:

The best way to look at it is on a 3D monitor or a smart 3D TV with either passive polarized glasses or active shutter glasses. Anaglyph glasses will work, but the colors will be off.
